Customized User Interfaces
The user interface of FSI Viewer is defined by FSI Skin files. All FSI editions ship with three different default skins which can be selected by parameters. With each skin you can customize the layout like the position of the menu bar and the navigator window using parameters.   If you prefer a customized user interface - e.g. different buttons and colors, different layouts or integrating your company's logo - you can obtain additional skins by ordering FSI Skin or FSI Skin Plus.

Custom FSI Skins - FSI Skin Option
The FSI Skin option covers basic modifications based on one of the default skins. You can specify custom colors, custom button shapes and the logo displayed in the menu bar can be replaced by any other logo. The layout (menu bar and survey window) as well as the intro displayed on startup remain unchanged.

Possible modifications include:
  • Customized colors
  • Custom button shape for the menu bar
  • Custom logo integrated in the menu bar
  
Custom FSI Skins - FSI Skin Plus Option
The FSI Skin Plus option offers the possibility to use FSI Viewer with a skin entirely based on a custom design. Based on the design sketch provided by you, our staff creates FSI Skin files that can optionally add additional functionality if required. All parts of the user interface including the intro displayed while FSI Viewer loads its components can be modified to your needs - only restricted by technical limitations.
Note that custom skins will be prepared by NeptuneLabs staff. Usually all work is covered by the FSI Skin Plus fee. Depending on the complexity of the provided design additional work might be required. We will be happy to provide detailed information on designing FSI Skins in advance.
